Highland Cattle

I think this breed of cattle is so unique and pretty. I’ve always wanted to catch these in the snow, but since we didn’t really get any snow this year I’ll need to wait until next year. But…I did get out one rainy day and noticed they were quite near the fence by the road, so I stopped to capture a few pictures. It’s so funny to see them minding their own business until you get out of the car. Then they start at you for a few minutes to see exactly what you are doing. Eventually they lose interest and go back to grazing.
